Holiday Cards for Seniors

Help us brighten the holidays with holiday cards for seniors. A card station will be in the Lower Commons from November 24th to December 10th. Make someone smile by filling out a card with holiday wishes. They will be delivered to a local nursing home.
Sponsor Young Children & Grant Wishes for Veterans this Holiday

º£½ÇÊÓÆµ's Student Nursing Association and EMT Paramedic Club are supporting a Delta County family with seven young children and granting holiday wishes for veterans at the JW Jacob Eddie home. Grab a tag from the tree outside, BHAT421 or use the Amazon QR code to donate.

You may drop off gifts at the campus you wish to donate to.
Deadline for Unwrapped gift drop off:
December 5th in Iron Mountain
December 8th in Escanaba.
Details: The º£½ÇÊÓÆµ Student Nursing Association (SNA) and EMT/Paramedic Club invite you
to assist with Adopt-a-Family in sponsoring a Delta County family with seven young
children who have many clothing needs. SNA and EMT/Paramedic Club are also working
in conjunction with Marquette County’s DJ Jacobetti Home for Veterans and filling
the specific wishes of some veterans who have no family or do not receive visits from
family. Please join us in fulfilling these needs and wishes by taking a tag from
the tree outside of BHAT 421 or visiting our Amazon site (QR CODE above; specific
requests for both children and the Veterans will be found here). If you order from
Amazon, the items will go directly to SNA advisor Jennifer Farnsworth unless you choose
a different option. All Escanaba UNWRAPPED gifts need to be brought with their tree
tag and left in the Nursing Office (just set behind the desk)
By Monday December 8th.
Thank you for joining us in bringing smiles and happiness to these children and veterans
on Christmas morning. Your participation is appreciated as every bit helps! There
will also be a tree in the main entry of the Iron Mountain Campus for Veterans Wishes
at the VA and a collection box will be located at Iron Mountain for these items to
be turned in no later than Friday, December 5th.

Delivery Info for All Escanaba Student Packages and Envelopes
Escanaba student packages and envelopes will be delivered to the front desk will be stored in a file cabinet located in the Student Services Mail -Room 515. Access to the closed copy room for package handling will be limited to authorized personnel only—this includes Student Services staff, student workers, and RSVP volunteers.
We will be implementing scheduled pickup hours each day for students to retrieve their packages. These times will align with when either a student worker or a volunteer is present at the Student Affairs front desk.
Staff in the Student Services hallway may still assist students at any time if they choose, but standard student pickup will occur during scheduled hours.
Packages should be mailed to the designated student mail room at Bay, using the documented
address.
